Andre M. Scroggie
Insurance Broker, former Financial Adviser, and Certified Financial Educator CFEd®
was born and raised in San Francisco, except for a year spent in Europe and three years attending and graduating from Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire. He then went on to The University of California, Santa Cruz, there he received his B.S. in Computer Engineering.
After working as an engineer for six years, he decided to add other streams of income, getting a real estate license, a Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses. He worked as an Engineering Manager, Realtor, and Insurance Broker simultaneously for many years before settling on Insurance and getting his 6 and 63 securities licenses, eventually adding the 65 license to be a Financial Advisor.
Along the way he became a CFE Certified Financial Educator® and a Certified College Consultant. He currently runs his own company, Neoterra Insurance Services, Inc as well as being President and founding member of Income Replacement Awareness-Advocacy, a California non-profit, an organization devoted to increasing awareness about the need for Income Replacement for all Americans.
