Andre M. Scroggie is a seasoned Insurance Broker and former Financial Adviser with a distinguished career in financial education and advocacy. Born and raised in San Francisco, Andre spent time in Europe and graduated from the prestigious Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire. He earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz, before embarking on a six-year career as an engineer.

Seeking to diversify his professional expertise, Andre obtained licenses in real estate, Property and Casualty, and Life and Health insurance. Balancing multiple roles, he worked as an Engineering Manager, Realtor, and Insurance Broker, showcasing his versatility and dedication. His commitment to financial services led him to acquire the Series 6, 63, and 65 securities licenses, establishing himself as a knowledgeable Financial Advisor.
 
As a Certified Financial Educator (CFEd®) and Certified College Consultant, Andre is passionate about educating others on financial matters. He is the founder of Neoterra Insurance Services, Inc., where he applies his extensive knowledge and experience to benefit his clients. Additionally, Andre serves as President and a founding member of Income Replacement Awareness-Advocacy, a California non-profit dedicated to promoting the importance of income replacement for Americans.
